Events

What we cover: We provide multiple Estate Planning Seminars to educate the community. All seminars are education based and not a sales presentation.

Estate Planning for the Family: In this seminar we cover, why you and your family need an estate plan. We define: what is a will, what is a trust, what is an advanced health care directive, and what is a durable power of attorney. We cover common pitfalls in estate planning and what are the scams to be avoided. If the seminar is presented at a faith based organization we exand the topics to include biblical perspectives.

Estate Planning for the Small Business: In this seminar we cover how to plan for your business in the event of incapacity or death. We go over concepts that will allow you to maximize the value of your business so that your loved ones will receive the benefit of all your effort. We talk about succession planning so that your business can continue on when you are unable to do so.

Avoiding Financial Elder Abuse: Matthew M. Hart has been certified by the State Bar of California as a Speaker for their Avoiding Financial Elder Abuse program. This seminar is sponsored by the State Bar of California and is intended to educate seniors on the many scams that try to steal their hard earned savings.

Custom Seminars: In addition to the Estate Planning seminars, we partner with other professionals to provide custom seminars that will cater to your specific organizational needs.
