More importantly, after you have passed on we ensure the proper guardians are appointed by the court to take care of your children.  Finally, we craft out instruments to make sure that your estate passes to the people you want it to, while eliminating probate and either minimizing or eliminating Estate Taxes.

Meeting with an attorney can be intimidating. We work hard to make our clients feel comfortable about the process.
